Terms of Service
These terms cover the cleaning and detailing services provided by Chipahuac, a sole proprietorship owned by Angel Jimenez Montoya in Rancho Cordova, California, and the text messages we exchange with you.
Prices quoted by text are flat prices for the job as you described it, and include all products, equipment and travel within our service area. If the job on arrival is substantially different from what was described, we will tell you the new price before starting any work, and you are free to decline.
Appointments are booked through our scheduling page. Please tell us at least 4 hours before if you need to cancel or move an appointment. If nobody is at the address and we cannot reach you, we may have to reschedule.
Access to the property or vehicle at the scheduled time, working water and power for house cleaning, and a place to park close to the vehicle for mobile detailing.
Payment is due when the work is finished, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
We take care of your property, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or for items that were already broken or loose. Please put away valuables and fragile items before we arrive. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for that job.
