Chipahuac is a one-person house cleaning and mobile auto detailing business owned by Angel Jimenez Montoya in Rancho Cordova, California. This policy explains what we collect and what we do with it.
Only to quote your job, schedule it, show up, and follow up about that job. Nothing else.
We do not share, sell, rent or trade your mobile phone number or your SMS consent with anyone, for any purpose. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
We only text people who have texted us first. Message frequency varies by conversation and is typically 2 to 6 messages while we quote and schedule your job. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for help.
We use service providers strictly to operate the business: Twilio for phone and text service, Cloudflare for our website and messaging software, and Google Calendar for appointment booking. They process this data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing. We do not sell your information.
Text conversations are kept for up to 14 days so the conversation makes sense; appointment records are kept as long as needed for our business records and tax obligations.
You can ask us to delete your information at any time by texting or emailing us. If you are a California resident, you may request access to or deletion of your personal information under the CCPA; we will not discriminate against you for asking.
Our services are not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
